Roundtables are mother and daughter group discussions facilitated by innovative coach, author and life strategist Dr Bessie Fletcher. Each limited seating session focuses on specific relationship bonding challenges between mothers and daughters in either two hour, half day,full day, or 2-3 day weekend retreats. These one-hour segments are special mother and daughter roundtable discussions facilitated by Dr. Bessie and her daughter, small business owner and mother of two, Angela Huntley. Advanced Entrepreneurship and Fast Track Employment Skills Training – AEFTEST

Getting Ready: Taking Your Place in the World

The AEFTEST program was developed for students and adults. Components include an introduction to business ownership, (how to start your own business) and business and personal finance; sessions on negotiation, sales, customer service, goal setting, goal achievement and personal/business mentoring; development of and how to create your own personal vision board; as well as a personal development course (M.Y.I.C.) to learn how to manage your intra-conversation.

Individuals may sign up when there are open sessions; and interested Groups (employers, schools, organizations) may arrange to host this 12-session training, which is offered as 6 or 12 week course.
