The Mother and Daughter workshop is an intensive one-day workshop focused on mother/daughter bonding. It is designed to dramatically improve mother's and daughter's relationships. By combining strategies for dealing with conflicting intra-conversations and behaviors, mothers and daughters learn techniques for developing healthier mental attitudes towards their relationships. The workshops are designed for teams of mothers of all ages and daughters ages five (5) and up. The workshop is followed by a six-month telephone and Internet coaching program. This follow-up coaching is to assist with their ongoing bonding process.

The best football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and tennis players, etc., all have professional coaches to keep them on track and to monitor their success! Just like an athlete, when you want to get better at something you hire a coach! Mothers and daughters of all ages are developing great relationships through the process of Intra-Conversation coaching.
They are learning how to really talk to, and listen to each other.
What is Intra-Conversation coaching? It is the process of understanding the on-going conversation within one’s head.
Learning how to share your Intra-Conversation with each other will create a new and/or improved bond between a mother and a daughter..
