Cynthia Oliver, Educational Director
Cynthia Oliver earned a Master of Arts Counselling Psychology degree from Trinity International University in December of 2007. She is currently working towards a Doctor of Education, (EdD) Organizational Learning and Leadership: Specialization in Human Resource Development.
Serving as a mentor and an instructor, Cynthia uses her role as a catalyst for change. As an instructor she is secure in her work which influences her strong commitment as a success coach. With her no non-sense approach she holds those she instructs responsible for their own achievement.
With a concentration in mental health counselling Cynthia received education and training in both clinical and substance abuse counselling. She has worked 7+ years as a personal and career development instructor. By developing a student-Instructor relationship. She motivates and helps her students believe in themselves with that, they recognized that they can succeed.
She is an Associated Instructor for Nova Southeastern University and an Adjunct Instructor for Florida Technical College
